Sales Director / Russia will be in charge of selling refrigeration systems and services to key customers: food retail as well as finding and developing new target groups/clients.
Reporting to Managing Director this Sales Director will be responsible for: leading a team of sales managers in the pursuit of new business and existing account growth and retention. The position contributes by leading efforts to maximize the achievement of revenue growth and market share through continious growth and account retention.
• Ensures team understands, can articulate and work to support the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the company
• Recruiting, training & coaching Sales Managers
• Ensures the success and profitability of the assigned region by consistently achieving sales and retention goals and objectives
• Develops, implement and manage a formalized account planning strategy for the region
• Provides leadership and develop business strategies and motivate a team of outside sales representatives responsible for presenting solutions to potential and existing clients
• Meets all management objectives regarding activity, headcount and sales results
• Utilizing evaluation and tracking systems to accurately report sales numbers, monthly forecasts and expenses
• Providing team with professional and technical advice on business applications to ensure they are equipped to provide customer satisfaction by fulfilling customer needs
• Ensuring the success and profitability of the sales team.
Right candidatе meets following objections:
• Local travel required daily/weekly.
• 7-10 years sales experience in technical sales (refrigeration, HVAC) to turgeted clients – food retail chaines in Russia
• Proved a consistent track record of success selling in the market
• Ability to demonstrate success in a competative sales environment
• Possess a strong work ethic and drive to achieve high sales numbers
• Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and writing skills
• Must have desire for success and willigness to learn
• Self drived, strong decission maker, flaxible, able to provide right feedback to management team and pears.
